1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • During high-volume periods (drops, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship 

  • Worldwide

If you’d like international shipping added to your policy, just tell me and I’ll update it.


4. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages

B.W.F is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.
After that, reach out to us and we’ll assist in any way we can.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct.
We are not able to make changes once an order has been shipped.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (If applicable)

If you expand to international shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
