1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items

  • Digital products (if applicable)


2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund times vary by payment provider but typically take 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for items that are:

  • Defective,

  • Damaged, or

  • Incorrectly shipped.

Contact us before sending back an item for exchange.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Northbound error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
